'How do I purchase from your site?'
To purchase from our website please search and select the products you would like to purchase. Then simply go through the check out process where you will be asked for your name and address, to confirm your order details and finally select your preferred payment option.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling on orders for delivery within Australia is $7.95 per order (except for large Little Tikes items). You can find full details of shipping charges on our Delivery information page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We try to despatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within Australia normally takes between 1 and 7 business days from despatch. You can find more information about shipping times on our Delivery information page.
What happens if no-one is at home when you deliver?
We use Australia Post Eparcel for our deliveries. A signature must be obtained when delivery takes place, and for that reason, if no-one is at home, the parcel cannot be left. Australia Post will leave a card informing you that they have attempted delivery. You will then need to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.
Can I pick-up my order from your business premises?
We are located in Geelong, Vic. Our premises is not set up for browsing. However, you are welcome to pick up your online order. Simply choose "Customer Pickup from premises" as your shipping method during checkout. Please phone or email to make a suitable time for collection of your order. Remember you will still need to pay for your purchases during checkout but will not have to pay for the shipping charge.
