Refunds Policy
We have worked hard to source good quality, developmentally appropriate toys for our customers. You can purchase from Favourite Toys in complete confidence that we and our suppliers will listen to your concerns.
If you wish to return any faulty or defective goods please contact us with within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Favourite Toys will organise for return freight for valid faulty or defective claims (withinAustralia) with a Return Authorization Number.Contact us via phone (03 5221 4262) or email: leanne@favouritetoys.com.au so that we can help you with your claim.
If you wish to exchange a receipted good, this can be arranged. The products must be in original packaging and undamaged. Please be aware that you will be liable for the freight costs. We will issue valid exchanges with a Favourite Toys gift voucher of receipt value (Please provide a copy of receipt with exchange). Please note original postage will not be refunded.
Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.
